🍫✨ Did you know? Every time you eat chocolate (or any sugary treat), the bacteria in your mouth feed on the sugar and release acids. These acids attack your tooth enamel for up to 30 minutes after eating, increasing the risk of cavities and decay.
But don’t worry—you don’t have to give up your favorite sweets! 😋
✅ Enjoy chocolate in moderation
✅ Have it with meals instead of frequent snacking
✅ Rinse with water afterward to wash away sugar and acids
✅ Brush and floss regularly to keep your smile strong
Protect your teeth while still enjoying life’s little treats. 🦷💙 A healthy smile is always worth it!
