Fascia & Its Role
Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds every cell in the body, supporting communication and alignment. When posture, breathing, habitual movements, or gravity cause strain, fascia compensates by creating stabilizing adhesions. While protective, these adhesions compress tissues, reduce oxygen and blood flow, and can lead to pain, disease, poor sleep, and mental health challenges.
Block Therapy
Block Therapy is a practice designed to release fascia restrictions, restore balance, and improve circulation. It uses a wooden tool called the Block Buddy. By lying on the block in specific positions with focused breathing, body weight, and gravity, heat is generated that softens adhesions and restores flow.

Prerequisite introductory class that introduces the concepts of Block Therapy and a 90 minute full body session .

Then the first month begins with Foundation I -Core ,to strengthen diaphragmatic breathing.
Progresses Foundation II - Pelvis ,legs and feet then
Foundation III -Arms,neck and head
Each stage is practiced for a month for lasting balance and harmony
