🌿 What is Nature-Based Therapy? 🌿

Nature-based therapy is a powerful approach that combines traditional therapeutic techniques with the healing power of the natural world. Whether it’s walking through a forest, sitting by a river, or simply being outside in a park, nature offers a calm, grounding space to reflect, reconnect, and heal.

In nature-based sessions, we might:
