As a highly experienced medical esthetician and someone who has consistently worked out and maintained a healthy diet my entire life, I can say this with confidence:
No workout, no supplement, no skincare treatment can replace one thing: SLEEP.
We can eat clean, train hard, invest in treatments, plastic surgeries, injections and all the “right” products—but if we’re not resting, it shows. Beauty starts when your body recovers, resets, and heals.
If I ever have to choose between a workout, a treatment, or sleep… I choose sleep. Every single time.
