Grounding. Standing barefooted on my backyard grass, I closed my eyes. I heard the birdsong and distant traffic sounds. I heard the wind rustling the leaves and felt it gently caress my body. In my minds eye, I saw the flooding of bright orange and had such a sense of peace. The colour changed to yellow and then finally to blue. Such peace.

Self care is essential for health and well-being. Speaking kindly to yourself is part of that. Nurturing your body as well as your spirit do wonders. Self care should never be an after thought. As a Therapeutic Touch Recognized Practitioner, I am reminded of that daily. A burn takes almost no time to heal. Anxious moments, calm right down. Pain lessens. Doing some gentle Therapeutic Touch as I am just heading off to sleep, helps me drift off that much easier. Let's chat about how this amazing healing modality can help you and your loved ones.
