This week I had the joy of spending time at Brock University’s Environmental Sustainability Research Centre 🌳

Sharing reflections on Tree Significance, drawn from my work at The Forest and in support of their Niagara Parks project, felt deeply meaningful. We also explored Energetic Hygiene as a way of tending not just the research, but the relationships and environments that make good work possible.

The Master’s and PhD students were open, curious, and beautifully engaged — a reminder that when learning is rooted in care, new ideas take hold quickly.

So grateful for the invitation from Dr Marilyne Carrey and Brock, the conversations, and the shared commitment to listening more closely to the natural world ✨️💚🌳
