Sinus Infections.
I used to never have sinus infections and now I get multiple a year, every 3 to 4 months I'm at the doctor's getting antibiotics. I've graduated to a stronger antibiotic and the pills are the biggest I've ever had. Normally I have no problem swallowing pills but we will see how this goes. Here's hoping I get rid of this sinus infection with the least amount of side effects.
The struggle is hard. Real hard. And yup I gotta wear a mask every time I go to my doctor's office for a sinus infection.

I have made the decision to follow a path that aligns with me so well. Honestly just been feeling so hopeless battling health issues and getting nowhere and told it's "normal" to feel this way. My pain is real and it was affecting the number one thing that is important to me and that's being able to enjoy all things motherhood with my son Caden.
I feel everyone's guilty of scrolling through socials and seeing all these health products and supplements out there saying they're the best out there. I am so happy that people are finding companies that make them feel their best selves, but it didn't speak to me. It's not something that you feel results overnight but if you trust the process you will see over time how empowering it is to heal your gut brain access.
The sense of community makes you feel alive! We're all from different parts of the world all coming together with one goal - Healing Our Guts - Healing Our Brain - Healing Our Hearts. Saying no to health issues that just make you feel so awful.
