Online Booking is LIVE!! Go to our website: www.thebridgeclinic.ca and book with your Provider! The new system is LIVE with our system so shows everything available, as always please call the office if you have a more urgent matter and we will do our best to assist you. Soon we will be able to increase our phone hours back to normal once we get some of these automated systems back up and running. We thankyou so very much for your patience during this time❤️

The Bridge Medical is moving up in the world!! 🥳
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we switch our Online Booking system and our Electronic Medical Record to a new platform. Tomorrow our system will be offline until after lunch around 1:00pm. If you have any emergency needs please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department. Tomorrow we ask that if it is not urgent you wait until after 1:00pm to call us with your requests.

Online booking is Currently OFFLINE, check back here or on our website: www.thebridgeclinic.ca for updates on when our new system will up and running for you.

As is our current policy, appointments will not be booked through email.

This new system will be great! As with all things there are growing pains but we are here to help you as you navigate the new Online Booking program when it is ready for you 🙂

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kathleen McFadden and Dr. Rob Arnold. For the past six years, they have shared their time, expertise and compassion in caring for our patients and community. Working alongside Dr. Baerg, they have been an important part of The Bridge Medical family. With Dr. Baerg’s upcoming retirement, Dr. McFadden and Dr. Arnold have now moved on from the clinic. They wish to acknowledge the privilege it has been to be involved in your care and wish you all the best in your health. We are deeply grateful for their dedication and wish them every success in the journeys ahead. We are confident that Dr. Johannes Piek will continue to meet your ongoing medical needs.

After 36 years of listening to coughs, answering late-night calls, deciphering mysterious symptoms, and building this clinic from the ground up, Dr. Baerg has decided it’s time to trade in his stethoscope for a well-earned retirement! As the founder of our clinic, Dr. Baerg has not only cared for generations of families but has also built a place where compassion and quality care come first. His dedication has left an impact that will carry on for years to come and we are so grateful for his vision, his kindness, and his many years of service to Campbell River and our community. While we’ll miss seeing him in the clinic, we know he’s more than earned some well-deserved time to relax, explore, and maybe even enjoy a few mornings without early appointments! Dr Johannes Piek will be joining our team to take over Dr Baerg's practice and we are confident he will continue to meet your ongoing medical needs 🙂
