It is supported by over 40 years of devotion to a metaphysical lifestyle. Throughout this period, a variety of training, academic designations, and research has been accomplished. It does not end, and I love every minute of it. (Just to be clear, 'loving it' does not always feel comfortable in a linear reality.) Part and parcel of this experience are ongoing changes and adjustments. These are impl

emented as my personal recall increases and my understanding is enhanced. I have a strong connection with my Highest-Self and a team of highly evolved beings, which I refer to as Hefs. In this way, I am able to stay on track. If it helps to see labels, here are a few:
