I am a wife to my husband Adam for 13 years and a mother to 12 year old twin girls. At 31 I was diagnosed out of the blue with Guillian-Barre Syndrome. This left me paralyzed and in hospital for 4 months unable to move and locked inside my own body. I had to re-learn how to walk again, use my hands and so on. One of my occupational therapies was sewing. Thats where my journey of crafting started.
I am on permanent disability and this helps keep my brain and body moving. I was never an artistic or creative child but I have now found that I have so much creative energy that needs to be let out and I am so happy to share it with everyone!!!
