▫400 ml of milk (warm)
▫12 g yeast (1 heaping tbsp)

Grandma`s Fluffy Apple Pie
Ingredients
For the batter:
2 egg (s)
125 g suar
100 g butter
100 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the filling:
750 g apples (Cox Orane)
2 packs custard powder
0.5 liter ½ apple juice and something to stew the apples
For the cast:
3 egg (s)
1 cup sour cream
5 tablespoon sugar
📷 Instructions
Make a batter from eggs, sugar, butter, flour and the baking powder and bake it in a springform pan for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Core the apples, peel them and stew them in a little apple juice. Then drain on a sieve. Bring 1/2 liter of apple juice to the boil and stir the pudding powder into it (as indicated on the back of the packaging, just add apple juice). Now fold the apples into the pudding and bring to the boil again. The consistency should now be sticky. Pour the mixture onto the pre-baked dough, spread it on and bake the cake for another 5 minutes.
For the topping, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks, sour cream and sugar together and fold in the egg whites. Spread the icing evenly on the cake and continue baking until the icing is golden yellow.
Let the cake rest briefly with the oven door slightly open and only remove it from the tin when it has cooled down completely.
