20-year-old me wouldn’t be able to recognize 30-year-old me🤣

What I’ve learned from the past year of acting on my ideas, pitching myself to businesses and collaborating with people I admire is:
You’ll never feel comfortable when you’re creating something from the ground up, so instead of avoiding discomfort you need to start chasing it.

BUT before you can chase discomfort, you need to reprogram your mind and body to feel safe in discomfort. This means getting out of your comfort zone, but not so far away that you spiral into overwhelm or burnout.

➡️ & If you DO get overwhelmed (which you will at some point) having the tools to bring yourself back to calm.

These workshops are the perfect way to spend a chilly morning or evening with friends or loved ones; bring a friend!

In this 90 minute Workshop you'll:
🎨 Learn a grounding meditation to help you let go of perfectionism
🎨 Visualize to inspire an abstract watercolour piece
🎨 Apply high-quality watercolour with support from in-house artist Dawn
🎨 Pull a tarot card to connect to your intuition
🎨 Learn a breath-work practice to help you create from a place of calm
🎨 Finish the piece with meditative doodling
🎨 Go home with a couple of your own unique artworks!
