Quick & Easy Gravy

Inspired by a recipe and reworked for busy-mom or simple cooking, this quick gravy delivers the depth and richness of a sauce that tastes like it has been roasting and simmering all day.
By combining roasted flavours with an additional Fresh Bouillon flavour boost, a full-bodied, savoury gravy comes together in minutes — without stock cubes, packets, or hours spent in the kitchen. The result is a deeply flavourful sauce made with 100% clean, natural ingredients, proving that great gravy doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.
Perfect over mashed potatoes, meat, vegetables, or any dish that tastes even better with a flavourful sauce.

Ingredients & Instruction:
1 leek (don’t use the dark green part)
1 carrot
1 stick of celery
1 onion
100g mushrooms, any kind
1/4-1/2 tsp rosemary powder or fresh
avocado oil, to toss veggies in
100g vac-packed chestnuts
-> wash/peel/cut and toss in oil and roast all ingredients above in an air fryer. When roasted to your liking pour veggies in a blender.
Add to the blender:
1-2 tsp Fresh Bouillon (Traditional Veg)
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp quince or red currant jelly
500ml water or broth
Optional, 150ml red wine, or replace with more water and/or heavy cream
Make sure the content is not too hot for your blender. Blitz until smooth and then fill into a pot to reheat. Make the taste test and add pepper and salt to your liking.
Enjoy it as a veggie gravy or add meat juice in case you’re having a roast in the oven.
Add more water, broth, wine or whipping cream to adjust thickness.
