🌿 A Fond Farewell & Warm Wishes for Dr. Hone’s Next Chapter 🌿

After 10 years of caring for families across the Bow Valley, our beloved colleague Dr. Hone will be closing his family practice on June 24, 2026 as he transitions into a new chapter focused on urgent care and hospital-based medicine.

While we’re incredibly excited for him, we’ll admit it, we’re going to miss him just as much as his patients will. His kindness, steady presence, and genuine care have shaped our clinic in ways that will be felt for years to come. It has been an honor to have him as part of our team and our community.

Dr. Hone has shared how deeply grateful he is for the trust his patients have placed in him over the past decade. Caring for individuals and families through milestones, challenges, and everyday moments has been one of the most meaningful parts of his career.

All patients currently on Dr. Hone’s panel will be reassigned to another primary care provider within our Integrated Health Team. Further information has been shared with paneled patients via AVA Connect or Canada Post.

One of our patients recently lost their home in a house fire. Our team has gathered some household items to help them get back on their feet, and a few people have asked how they can contribute as well.
