We know weekdays do not work for everyone.

Between work schedules, family life and everything in between, it can be hard to make time for yourself.

That is why our Whitbourne location now offers massage therapy with Nikita Bennett, RMT, one Saturday each month, and counselling with Melanie Crocker most weekends.

Whether your body needs relief or you simply need space to talk, we are here.

Appointments are limited, and Saturdays tend to fill quickly (as you all know), so we definitely recommend booking ahead.

Taking care of yourself should feel possible.

Cannot recommend Elevate Events & Balloons enough!! Stephanie is incredible—her energy and personality bring so much fun to every event. She is amazing at what she does, and i mean come on, look at this picture!!!! 😍 You truly can’t get any cuter. The 360 photo booth is such a cute additive to any special event.
