✨ 2026 Hours Update – Effective January 5 ✨

As of January 5, 2026, my hours at Haven Spa & Wellness will be changing as I reduce my availability to focus on completing my naturopath studies 🌿

🗓 New Hours for January to March:

• Mondays: 9:00–2:00
• Tuesdays: 9:00–1:00
• Wednesdays: 9:00–2:00
• Thursdays: 9:00–1:00
• Fridays: 9:00–1:00
• One Saturday per month: 9:00–3:00

While my hours are reduced, my commitment to your care remains the same. With fewer appointment spots available, I strongly encourage clients to book ahead and pre-book routine visits for 2026 to secure preferred times.

🔹 West Coast & Central:

🔹 Central / Northeast:

🔹 Eastern & Avalon Peninsula:
⚠️ 30–50 cm+ in some areas

Snowfall amounts will depend heavily on track, intensity, and mixing, but this is shaping up to be one to watch closely.
