SonicLight™ — Call of the Rainforest 🌿✨

Join Karen Jones (Rebels_compass) & Anne-Marie Audet for a special collaborative evening of sound, light, and frequency.

Step into a sensory journey inspired by the wisdom of the rainforest—ancient trees, living earth, and the unseen energies that connect us all.

We begin with gentle breathwork and micro-movements to release tension and arrive fully in the body… then soften into channeled light language and live meditative soundscapes of gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes.

We close the evening with tea & oracle time for grounding, reflection, and soft connection. 🍵
