A lot of what I look for isn’t dramatic.
It’s restriction.

When one area stops moving well, your body compensates.
Muscles tighten.
Other joints work overtime.
Things start to feel… off.

Not “I fell down the stairs” off.
More like “why does my back feel like it worked harder than I did?”” off.

I focus on finding what isn’t moving properly — and help your body do its job again.

It’s not about chasing pain. 🚫
It’s about restoring function. 🔄

Those are all valid reasons.
You can come in when something hurts, when something feels off, or when you just want to move better.
