Winter beauty… and winter stiffness. ❄️
When the temperature drops, our joints (and our animals’ joints!) often feel it first.

A few simple things can make a big difference:
• Dress warm — layers are your friend
• Keep moving — even gentle puttering around the house counts
• Enjoy a warm bath with Epsom salts
• Stay hydrated — even when cold water feels like a punishment!

Cold weather doesn’t have to mean creaky bodies.
Take care of yourself (and your four-legged friends!). 🤍❄️

❄️Ah yes, ice season — where every step is a trust fall with nature ❄️
Slips and falls happen fast — one second you’re walking, the next you’re doing unplanned acrobatics!

And those surprise gymnastics can leave their mark:
• Sacroiliac joint irritation
• Whiplash-type symptoms
• Sacrum or tailbone pain
And our animals aren’t immune either — icy yards can mean slips, twists, splayed limbs, and extra myofascial strains.

We would like to welcome Dr Nicole Turner to the clinic.

Dr. Turner began her healthcare career as a Pediatric Nurse working as this for 8 years before starting school at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa.

Dr Turner was raised on a farm near Cochrane and has practiced Chiropractic in England and Central Alberta.

Dr Turner provides individualized care with acute, chronic and recurrent musculoskeletal conditions using a range of techniques tailored to each persons needs.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active through various sports and outdoor activities.
