I began my journey with Ideal Protein back in September 2012. My sister who had just opened an Ideal Protein clinic in Calgary had brought the program to me as there were no available clinics nearby here in the West Kootenays.
I started the plan and immediately I was so excited…sounds crazy but I loved every minute of it…the foods were delicious they satisfied my taste buds with many flavours and textures from salty, sweet, spicy and even crunchy , the plan was so easy to follow, I had so much energy and the best part was I never experienced any cravings. I followed the program to the exact tee and the pounds melted off my body in a very short period of time.
By the time late November came around I remember standing and looking at myself in the mirror, I was 25 pounds lighter and yes I have been at this weight before in my life but this time there was something different. My body had changed, how can I be at the same weight that I had attained before in my life but yet be in the smallest pant size I have ever been able to fit in to? This program gave me everything that it professed that it would do it had supported my body’s muscle mass while living off my body’s fat reserves. I had finally found my authentic self it was truly A Brand New Me.
I am now the owner of a clinic that is overseen by a medical professional here in the West Kootenays. I am so excited and proud to be able to continue this exciting journey with my clients and to offer and educate them with the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method as they strive to achieve their weight loss goals.*
