A few days ago, I had the pleasure of welcoming my youngest client, aged 90, for her very first foot reflexology session.
She left amazed and delighted: she felt a noticeable improvement in her toes, which she can now feel better, whereas they used to be often numb.
It's wonderful to see that reflexology can improve well-being at any age and help restore forgotten sensations. 💛

The reason I chose to do try candling was more curiosity than anything. I do have some sinus and ear issues and thought I would try candling.

Today's experience was very nice and relaxing.

We did 4 candles on each ear.
There was mucous and ear wax that came out with this process. I did notice that my left nostril is always a little stuffy, and now it is clear. I can hear better, not quite as muffled.

Good news! I am pleased to announce that I will be offering my foot reflexology and ear therapy services at my new location in Summerside starting in February. I now offer Balsio foot reflexology services in New London and in this new location at 11 Water Street, Unit 3.

I am a certified practitioner with the Atlantic School of Reflexology in New Brunswick. I am also a regular columnist on the County Line Courier where I cover a variety of health topics. My approach to foot reflexology and ear care is deeply rooted in the philosophy of balance, health, and natural vitality. I also have a passion for what I do. The health and well-being of clients is very important and is the ultimate goal of the mission I have set for myself.

The new Summerside office will make it easier for people in Prince County and beyond to get there.
