It's that time of year again!

And we can't wait for you to join us

Many plans are still in the work, but this event is larger than last year!

Rebecca at Baby Bump Doula Services (an amazing Doula who offers so many supports and services), Jen (our PEI CPMHC Chapter President!) and myself at Oak and Cedar Counselling Services, PEIs only Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist are working hard to raise awareness and make this the best walk yet 💛💛

We will be working collaboratively with maternal wellness providers on PEI and will have resources on hand for all who attend, as well as booths set up to provide education and resources.

There will also be an amazing gift basket giveaway

Kristen at Blossoming Heart Yoga will be leading a Yoga session

Refreshments and Snacks will absolutely on hand

and of course, we will be doing our Annual Walk for Awareness.

The walking pathway is accessible and all ages are welcome!

This year, 75% of all money raised will go back into the community to create postpartum groups and classes to support Island Families

The additional 25% raised goes toward the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health national initiatives to offer evidence based training, certification and support to health care professionals.
