Today is International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia

This year's theme is "Together Always: United in Diversity."

Our diversity is our strength! In a time where the progress made by our 2SLGBTQIA+ communities worldwide is increasingly at risk, it is crucial to recognize the power of solidarity, community, and allyship across different identities, movements, and borders.

When we unite, in all our beautiful diversity, we can really bring about change!

For all the allies, that don’t know where to start but want to help It Gets Better Canada has some tips on what allyship in action looks like:

πŸ‘‰ Uplift and listen to q***r voices
πŸ‘‰ Advocate by spreading awareness
πŸ‘‰ Create welcoming, safe and inclusive spaces
πŸ‘‰ Call out discriminatory practices, actions and language every time you see it
