Yoga & Fitness with Selina Offering Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes in Chase, BC and surrounding area. I have a passion for teaching fun classes that emphasize health & well-being.

I'm a BCRPA registered Yoga Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Weight Training Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and Older Adult Fitness Instructor. I have a BA degree in Psychology from UCC/TRU and a Certificate in Health & Fitness from Simon Fraser University.

Let me tell you a little bit about the Monday 7:30pm-8:30pm class. The first 30 minutes will be Pilates exercises. Followed by 30 minutes of Yoga poses, including Shavasana ( aka Co**se pose) at the end.
The goal of Pilates is to create a uniformly developed body, with an emphasis on breathing, core activation, and mindful movement. There is no jumping or high impact movement and very little time is spent in a plank position, so it's also suitable for those with wrist issues.
I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about this class, or any other of my classes.
