Winter Solstice 🕯️ ❄️ marks the beginning of a new season. Time for reflection and potential new beginnings to emerge from darkness.

Join the Shakti Yoga Community for 108 Sun Salutations together, in harmony as we honour this new season.

This even is free and for everyone! We will begin the first 5 rounds of Sun Salutations together then you can continue at your own pace. We try to complete 108 rounds but nothing is mandatory. Come together in sacred ceremony and just be. Breathe, move, flow and connect inwards and to each other.

Let’s slow down this year and bring more mindfulness to the holiday season.
Join teachers Ashton and Kelly for some mindful movement, holiday themed Yoga Session, creative movement games and guided relaxation & visualization to wrap up the day.
This event is intended for children ages 7-11 years. Space is limited so please register early. Investment: $50 per child.

Shakti’s 1st Yoga Foundations is complete…. Everyone is feeling full, grounded, inspired and empowered to continue their practice but its not always easy.

So that’s why we added more beginner friendly classes to the schedule like ’sbliss on Monday from 5:45-7pm with Alex to help you continue your practice. Remember it’s not about perfection, it’s about showing up even when we don’t want to.
