💪🙏👌Active Hatha Yoga 💪4-week series starts on January 7th. On Wednesdays from 6pm to 7:15pm.
Active Hatha Yoga blends traditional Hatha's focus on breath and poses with more dynamic, strength-building movements. With active stretching, core work, and balanced sequences that build endurance and stability. It's stronger than gentle Hatha but still accessible, with longer holds of 3-5 breaths in one pose and slower transitions from one pose to another. This emphasizes mindful control and functional strength for better mobility and balance. It's especially great for strengthening hips, core, and spine.
