Let the Tears flow…
Throughout the past year i learned that crying can be a big trigger for me and as soon as I hear it, I want to fix it or stop it. This trigger came from my childhood experience and now I get to navigate it differently with my child. A wise human told me once that there is never too much crying and that the body will naturally and organically go through this emotional healing journey in its own divine timing. It can be hard to hold space for this yet the magic that unfolds afterwards is very rewarding so please please please let your children cry even if you think it’s for nothing and over nothing. Let yourself cry and be okay if you don’t even know why it’s happening, because it is happening for you not to you. Love you all biiiiiig left side hugs. We are all in this journey of parenting together.
