Meet Janet MacKaracher of Scan House – Vital Health

Janet’s work is centered around helping individuals better understand the connections between stress, balance, energy, and overall wellness through a more natural and supportive approach.

Through quantum bio-feedback scans and wellness guidance, Janet helps bring awareness to how the body may be responding to different stressors, patterns, and imbalances — creating opportunities for deeper understanding and supportive lifestyle shifts.

This is such a beautiful review of a powerful community experience, The Holistic Hub Roadshow. It helps share what this event means in relation to the Hub as a whole. The online and offline parts of this work are magical and best felt when experienced for yourself.

The Hub was always meant to be more than just an online space or just an event. It’s about creating real connection between wellness seekers, practitioners, conversations, experiences, and community in intentional ways.

The Roadshow was built around the idea that wellness is something people often need to experience and feel, not just hear about. Smaller spaces, meaningful conversations, genuine interaction, and the chance to connect with the humans behind the work.

Reading this article reminded me why this vision matters so much.

Grateful to everyone who has attended, collaborated, hosted, supported, and believed in what we are building together.

One thing I’ve realized while building The Holistic Hub is that not everybody is looking for the same level of involvement, and that’s exactly how it should be.

Some people are simply beginning to explore holistic wellness and are looking for connection, events, or a place to feel less alone in the journey.

Some are practitioners wanting gentle visibility, referrals, and opportunities to share their work in a more authentic way.

Others are actively growing, collaborating, building workshops, expanding their reach, or creating larger community impact through studios, programs, and events.

That’s why the Hub was designed in layers.

Not as a hierarchy, but as a way for people to find where they naturally fit right now, while still allowing room to evolve over time.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to belong here.

You don’t need a polished business, a perfect healing journey, or a massive audience.

You simply need a willingness to explore, connect, grow, or share in the ways that feel aligned for you.

The Hub was never created to force people into one box. It was created to help bridge the spaces between healing, community, visibility, collaboration, and authentic human connection.
