Perfectly imperfect 👌

Took me a while to find the balance in this posture, everytime I gripped a little harder, the skate dug a little deeper.

Sometimes, all you need to do is back off a bit, or work with what you have. I chose the hockey stick to assist me. And thats okay!

Chair pose is a defiance of spirit, showing how high you can reach even when youre forced down.

This!!!! Is something that sits so true with me. Regardless of what occurs or what doesn't occur, I've made a continual commitment to trust myself. To trust the process, to trust my path. And when I'm feeling down, I return to that sacred place we all possess that is the energy of our soul.

The divine has a plan for me, for all of us. So even through the yucky, mucky s**t, know that we are deeply connected to all that is.
