Turkey Crust Pizza Recipe 🍕✨

Looking for a low-carb, high-protein twist on pizza night? Say hello to Turkey Crust Pizza! 🙌 This game-changing recipe is easy, delicious, and totally customizable with your favorite toppings. 💪🧀🍅

🍴 Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground turkey (or chicken)
• 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
• 1/2 cup asiago or parmesan (grated)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder

Optional Toppings:
• 1/4–1/2 cup mozzarella
• 1/4–1/2 cup marinara
• Pepperoni, veggies, or anything you love!

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, mozzarella, asiago, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
4. Place the meat mixture on the pan, cover with another sheet of parchment, and flatten to about 1/4 inch thick using a rolling pin.
5. Remove the top parchment and bake for 15–18 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, turn on the broiler.
7. Add marinara, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
8. Broil until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

SAVOURY BREAKFAST VIBES 🚨
I’ve been getting DMs about my savoury breakfast obsession, so let’s clear the air: Breakfast isn’t limited to eggs, waffles, or a sugar bomb disguised as cereal. Breakfast is literally anything you break your fast with. You’ve been programmed to think breakfast = pancakes or yogurt cups. Who decided that, anyway?

Here’s the truth: I go through phases, but right now, rotisserie chicken thighs are my absolute jam in the morning. And yes, I love fish for breakfast too.

Cue the comments: “Eww, fish for breakfast? I could never!” 🙄 Really? Why not? It’s just a plate of omega-3s and protein ready to fuel your day like a boss. You’re fine scarfing down sugary muffins or a McGriddle, but fish feels like too much? Let’s rethink that.

You deserve a breakfast that slaps, nourishes, and sets the tone for the day. So, go ahead—get a little wild with your first meal. Chicken, fish, last night’s leftovers… it’s all fair game.

Food does not need to be complicated! Savoury high protein breakfast, high protein snack and a protein packed lunch. All of these took less than 10 mins to prepare.

Ladies you need to be eating your protein. A rule of thumb is 1 gram per goal body weight. At the very minimum 90 grams in a day. As we age we can’t absorb essential nutrients as well as we once could, meaning you need MORE protein as you get older. It’s essential for maintaining lean mass and essential to build lean mass…which becomes so much harder once you start perimenopause. This isn’t just impacting grandmas, some women are experiencing perimenopause as early as 35.

Eat protein and lift weights like your life depends on it, because it does.
