Tomorrow we talk about carbohydrates and yes- how important they are for our bodies!

I feel like carbs have gotten such a bad rap and they are essential to our bodies !!

Going to teach players how to use carbs to fuel their bodies properly…. I’m so excited to share my gut healthy good energy bread and focaccia with them ❤️❤️

Whole foods (snacks) provided along with education on why it’s important to fuel your body with healthy choices; activities with some breathwork and visualization- I’m so proud of these kids ❤️
