How is everyone’s summer going? I hope great- although I can’t believe itvis Mid-August and hockey is right around the corner… who else is in this boat??!

I added a few things to help with the stink of the hockey season!

Box Breathing…. What’s that?!

Breathing truly is vital to your life- without breath there would be no you- does that make sense?

Learning how to harness your breath definitely takes some time and energy but truly does help your mind and soul connect; this in turn brings you to being who you are? Have I lost you 😂! Sometimes I lose myself in my explanations 😜🤪
