📣📣 I am introducing a new policy at my home-based Massage Therapy clinic to ensure a smoother, more respectful experience for everyone.
As a home clinic, each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute changes make it difficult to offer that time to other clients who may be waiting for care.
Each Fall, I open my schedule for the upcoming calendar year so clients can plan ahead and stay consistent with their wellness goals. My online booking system is designed to make this easy, with 24/7 access to schedule and manage appointments.
That said, repeatedly booking and cancelling appointments limits availability for others and impacts the flow of the practice. Moving forward, if a client has three consecutive cancellations, all future pre-booked appointments will be cancelled.
Clients who wish to rebook after this will be welcome to do so through the waitlist, with bookings available no more than 24 hours in advance.
I understand that unexpected situations happen, and this policy is not meant to penalize those moments—but rather to support fairness, availability, and respect for everyone’s time.
