The world can be full of upheaval and stress, but that doesn't mean you have to be, too.
Feel your feet on the ground, notice as you balance your weight evenly between them.
Scrunch your toes into the floor as you take a deep breath in, and blow it out as you relax your toes.
Repeat this 3 times.
Drop your shoulders as you drop into your body and relax, just a little.

It's cold, it's snowy, and a relaxing afternoon of yoga, mindfulness, simple DIY, and small-group togetherness sounds perfect right about now.

That's probably why our Moon Circle Retreat on Sunday, January 18, 2026, is sold out!

But never fear, we have our next Moon Circle Retreat on Sunday, February 1, 2026, and we still have a few spaces left. This retreat will sell out, too, so be sure to snag it while you can here: www.healthgirl.ca/moonretreat

For February's Moon Circle Retreat, you'll enjoy gentle Yin-style yoga, a simple mindfulness practice, and a fun release activity where you'll create snowflakes out of special paper and then dissolve them in water to let go of anything you no longer want to hang on to.

Light refreshments are provided, a cozy and relaxing atmosphere is guaranteed, and good vibes abound. You'll leave feeling rested, calm, and happy.
