Chilliwack Endodontics...We are looking for a Jr. Receptionist/Reception Assistant to join our team. (Part time to Full time).

If you are energetic, detail oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with a friendly and positive attitude this job is for you. Previous dental office experience is necessary for this position with some knowledge of dental insurances and basic clinical knowledge. Being punctual with a strong attendance history is also necessary. We are a newly expanded modern office. No weekends or evenings. (Position start date is flexible, preferably as soon as possible, January/February, 2024).

This position includes but is not limited to:
Greeting/checking in patients,
Data entry and communicating with referring offices,
Posting treatment/check out patients,
Answer phone calls/transfer calls if needed,
Previous experience with Cleardent software is an asset but not mandatory,
Assist with patient follow up calls,
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.

Endodontics is a big issue about a little tissue and the same can be said for oral cancer.
Better Outcomes 2 is proud of our multi-year partnership with Township Endodontic Centre and the amazing Dr. Farnad Rezaie. This fellow has rode with us for a number of years, raising money himself to support oral cancer research at the B.C. Cancer Agency. Township Endodontic Centre’s sponsorship is central to our team’s success. Our group of superhero riders have raised a colossal $125,535 in the 2023 Tour de Cure.
