Qigong is a gentle moving meditation that can be done seated or standing, is easy to follow and can be done anywhere. I am a trained drum circle facilitator offering:

Today, I celebrate 13 years as a drum circle facilitator, reflecting on a fulfilling journey of facilitating events across southern Alberta and British Columbia. Throughout my journey, I've drummed with individuals 3 to 104 years old, in various capacities, including organizations, conventions, Gala, schools, retreats, and celebrations, both indoors and outdoors. I find immense joy in facilitating drum circles and am thankful for the opportunities that have come my way. I'd like to extend my gratitude to everyone who has believed in me, hired me, and participated in my drum circles. I'm excited to continue spreading positivity and creating experiences in 2026!🎵🪘🎉💓

Happy Winter Solstice Blessings!!! Welcome Winter, the shortest day of the year, celebration of the returning of light in the northern hemisphere. In Qigong, kidneys are connected to the Winter season. Fear is connected to kidneys. Kidney Qi is vitality and longevity. This is the season to nurture/strengthen kidney Qi. Nature is in stillness. It is time to conserve our energy and go inward. Drink warm water, massage our lower backs, keep warm. Rest more. Make time to move your body. A good practice is putting your feet in warm water at night. Welcome Winter.🎉❄️💖🕯
