Happy Winter Solstice Blessings!!! Welcome Winter, the shortest day of the year, celebration of the returning of light in the northern hemisphere. In Qigong, kidneys are connected to the Winter season. Fear is connected to kidneys. Kidney Qi is vitality and longevity. This is the season to nurture/strengthen kidney Qi. Nature is in stillness. It is time to conserve our energy and go inward. Drink warm water, massage our lower backs, keep warm. Rest more. Make time to move your body. A good practice is putting your feet in warm water at night. Welcome Winter.🎉❄️💖🕯

I started Balanced ~Energy ~ Wellness in 2012 to help others on their wellness journeys through Qigong, Drum Circles, Energy Balancing Treatments, Fitness classes, organic CBD products, and nutritional supplements. I have met so many fascinating, beautiful people over the past 13 years and I look forward to sharing, connecting and meeting so many more!

I am so grateful for every single opportunity I have had and will have, to share what I do to help others through rhythm, mindfulness, connection, breath, energy, and supplements. Thank you to those who served in the past and are in service today. As we Remember with Respect those who fought for our countries and our freedom, we can MAKE a DIFFERENCE with different events that are happening around our world today to raise the vibration of the planet, to promote PEACE & LOVE. We are POWERFUL in UNITY, as we join in coherence sending love, light and peace out to everyone on Mother Earth. How can you do this? If you are available from 11:00 -11:11am (yang time) and 11:00-11:11pm(yin time) sit in meditation in love and gratitude to connect with Mother Earth with your palms up (receiving position, going into silence to receive the YiQi of the Universe for 11 minutes. Then raise your palms up at eye level and send the received energy outward. 🌺💞🙏☮💞🌺
