Sunday Sep 14th Outdoor Healing Community Drum Circle and Meditation Soundscape on the grass behind Lindell Beach General Store at Cultus Lake. 2-3:30 pm. Make an afternoon of it! Enjoy lunch at Kanu restaurant before the drum circle or grab a refreshing healthy beverage by Mabel Brewing ( my brother is the brewer) from the cooler in Lindell Beach General Store and enjoy a ice cream!

Sunday Sep 21st Autumn🍂🍁 Solstice Healing Community Drum Circle🪘🎵 and Meditation Soundscape in Maple Ridge at a private magical location!!! Outside under the trees and by the Aloette River 2-3:30 pm .

Sunday Aug 24th at Aurora Wellness Centre near Parksville! We are planning for Outdoor or we can be indoors. 3-4:30 pm.

I had the immense honour and pleasure or facilitating another Woman of Worth drum circle yesterday. I have had the privilege of facilitating many WOW drum circles over the past 10 years, this was extra special.
Our beautiful tribe leader Christine recently lost the love of her life. Dave was one of the good guys. A Libra brother with a beautiful heart and the best hugs.
We gathered to support our amazimg leader as she navigates these challenging waters of grief. We had other participants also grieving losses.

Drum circles are powerful and magic happens. We connected, we laughed, we cried, we shared, we released some of the crud, we soaked up the healing vibrations, and we sang. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to share my gifts of facilitating and energy healing.
