Tam's experience extends to being an adept host and caterer with over 3 years experience as a cold plunge supporter, guiding guests through rejuvenating experiences with care and
encouragement, creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and inspired.

About the guest:
Janice is a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant, Womans Wellness Mentor and Menopause Expert.
She is the recipient of the 2022 Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Clinical Excellence Award for demonstrating exceptional clinical practices, and is a contributing author in the groundbreaking book Saved by Nutrition.
Overweight and unhealthy up to her late 30's, Janice's personal journey took her from debilitating illness to vibrant health.
Janice changed her diet and made other lifestyle changes and quickly discovered that proper nutrition and healthy living - body, mind and spirit - is the way to optimal health.
After years of struggling with her health, and making a complete turn around, she found her true calling - helping other women achieve ideal health.
She provides science-based education on the role nutrition plays in overall health and offers her clients a personalized and sustainable wellness plan to address their unique health goals.
She has spent the last 10 years helping women lose weight, gain energy and get in the best shape of their lives.
In her spare time she's either on her yoga mat, in the gym, or training for another ultra-marathon.
