Upcoming Flexibility and Mobility Classes:

Tuesday, January 13th 6pm
Tuesday, January 20th 6pm
Tuesday, January 27th 6:30pm
Tuesday, February 3rd 6:30pm
Tuesday, February 10th 6pm

As before, total cost with HST included is $15. You can pay via cash/debit/credit card at the time/location of the class.

If the class is cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, or we do not get enough participants to run the class, you will be notified of this via email (the one you use to register) at least one-two hours prior to the event, as some people may be coming out of town. Due to this, I please ask that if you are thinking of coming to the class to pre-register before this timeframe. As well as I kindly ask, if you do need to cancel, please try to let me a few hours in advance. Thank you!

Just sending out a reminder to pre-register for this Thursdays Flexbility & Mobility Class at 7 p.m. 😊

Seeing this is our last one before Christmas, I think we’ll throw a little festive twist! If you would like to participate & wear some Christmas attire you are welcome to do so🎄🎅🤶 I will be wearing Christmas pajamas, but anything festive (and most importantly- comfortable) will do! & If you want to dress as you normally do, thats okay too😊

To my valued clients; I’ve recently noticed that I have very limited availability remaining for the upcoming month of December.

As we approach closer to, I do anticipate opening up more availably.
