💖Fitness for the Rest of Us : Strength Foundations 💖is a beginner strength class designed especially for women who are ready to feel stronger and better. Monday & Wednesday’s 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Whether you’re returning to movement after time away, managing mobility limitations, navigating menopause, or dealing with anxiety, you are welcome here. A safe and supportive space for women to begin (or begin again).
We will focus on simple, effective weight training and bodyweight movements in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Every exercise can be modified to meet you where YOU are.
No experience needed. No judgment coming your way. No expectations—just progress at your own pace. You don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to start. You’ll build strength, confidence, and trust in your body, without pressure or comparison.

These are sign up classes for a 4 week block. 2 days or evenings per week. You can mix and match classes or come just morning or just evening. 🚨Preregistration with fees will be required prior to Monday, May 11th. 🚨
