May these words rest in your body as safety, remembrance, and love.
Motivation is not discipline.
It’s a short-acting neurochemical state.
It peaks.
It fades.
Usually within 48–72 hours.
That’s not failure.
That’s biology.
Real change doesn’t come from riding motivation.
It comes from what the nervous system can tolerate once motivation is gone.
If the system collapses under load, habits don’t stick.
If the system stays regulated, behavior reorganizes quietly.
