Shame isn’t permanent. It’s perspective.
Neuroscience shows shame is a survival response, not a truth.
When the brain feels rejection, the amygdala fires → the nervous system whispers: “I am wrong. I am unworthy.”
But when perspective shifts, the prefrontal cortex, the storyteller of our brain steps in:
