Let these words land as safety,
not instruction.
Healing attachment & childhood trauma isn’t mental work.
It’s nervous system work.
Insight alone doesn’t create safety.
Positive thinking doesn’t calm a body in threat.
Real healing happens when
– the body is regulated before the relationship
– grief, fear, and anger are allowed to be felt
– chase, shutdown, and people-pleasing patterns are paused
– presence replaces protection
You don’t heal by fixing yourself.
There is no defect.
Healing begins when the nervous system no longer has to abandon itself.
This isn’t mindset work.
This is nervous system repair.
