Let this land as orientation,
not a task.
The body doesn’t need to be pushed into calm.
It needs time to recognize safety.
Longer cycles aren’t discipline.
They’re permission for the nervous system
to complete what it already initiated.
As breath widens,
urgency loosens.
Muscle tone reorganizes.
Attention spreads on its own.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is corrected.
The system learns through continuity,
not control.
When conditions are steady,
the body remembers
how to settle itself.
Regulation isn’t something you do.
It’s what happens
when safety becomes predictable.
