Eligibility

1. Eligible Participants:
•Open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
•Employees of Four Directions Convenience, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

2. Identification Requirements:
•The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification to claim the prize.

How to Enter
1. Entry Method:
•No minimum purchase is required. To enter, customers must make a purchase at Four Directions Fuels
•Customers must provide their name and phone number to one of our attendants.
•Customers may enter multiple times with separate purchases until the contest closes

2. Entry Limitations:
•Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

Prize Details
1. Grand Prize:
•The winner will receive a total of $3,600 worth of free fuel over a 12-month period.
•The fuel will be provided at a rate of $300 per month, beginning on January 1, 2025, and ending on December 31, 2025.

2. Redemption Terms:
•The prize must be redeemed in monthly increments and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
•Unused monthly amounts do not roll over to the following month.
- The winner must claim their fuel in-store at Four Directions Convenience.

3. Redemption Period:
•The winner must redeem the prize by December 31, 2025.

Winner Selection and Announcement
1. Winner Selection:
•A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
•The draw will take place on December 6, 2024, during a live on-air broadcast from the local radio station.

2. Winner Notification:
- The winner will be announced live on-air and contacted directly by phone.
•If the winner cannot be reached within seven days of the draw, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Rules
1. Compliance with Laws:
•The contest complies with all relevant laws and regulations of Ontario, Canada.
•By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and decisions made by Four Directions Convenience, which shall be final.

2. Publicity
•By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Four Directions Convenience to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
