✨ Relax and avoid any strenuous activity or heavy exercise after your treatment to allow your body to rest and heal.
✨ Eat light, well balanced meals after your treatment and avoid anything too heavy.
✨ Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours after treatment to help with detoxification and to maintain the calming effects of your treatment.
