For a lot of people, that looks like getting back into walking, gardening, yard work, and longer days on your feet

Footwear that’s worn out or not very supportive
Long stretches in the same position (bending, kneeling, standing)
Jumping back into everything all at once
A bit of awareness here can go a long way
Switch positions more often than you think
