I thought being a “good mom” meant keeping my home clean + cozy… but my candles, sprays, and laundry soap were silently wrecking my family’s wellness.

No one told me the ingredients in those everyday products could affect our mood, energy, and even hormones 😳.

Once I learned better, I started making simple swaps — and wow… not only do they work better, but I’m actually saving money compared to the store.

Years ago… wrote I knew better…I cleaned my bathroom with the most toxic brands (because that all I ever knew to use)… and I remember having to open my bathroom window for ventilation and I would tell the kids that they couldn’t come in because it would make them sick 😷

But when you know better you do better. 👏👏👏

My Why

On July 20, 1981, I was in a motor vehicle accident that effectively changed my way of life.

I enjoyed horseback riding and playing ball. Since that day I have never been able to do the things I love again.

My husband and I are living paycheck to paycheck, which barely pays the bills. I am a seasonal worker on a farm just out of town and my husband is a Class 1 commercial driver.

Recently I had an MRI done on my lower back and the results showed that my L5 and S1 are in very bad condition (as a result from the accident).
