Bio : Standing Spiritually Grounded, taking a moment to breathe creating an Energy Empowered Soul Connection Business, Kat Berard Just Breathe. I trusted the path of Healing following the journey that presents itself with Light & Love.

Barrie Ontario raised with a family of Healers, Psychics, Mediumship and Tarot Readers I took the path handed to me to start my journey as a Developmental Service Worker, One to One Care Support worker, End of Life Support/Death Doula, Reiki Master, Angel Reader, Spirit Guided Meditation Facilitator, and Spiritual Coach. Continuing Education as a Spiritual Reverend and Funeral Director my journey continues.

My first Spirit Visitation was at the age of 4, I lived in that house where Loved ones visit after they took their last breath. My first premonition of death at the age of 9, I knew I had a connection. In 1993 I took my last breath, a car accident, that is when I met my grandfather I never met before he took my hand then before me stood with Open arms with the biggest wings I shook the hand of THE TRUE ANGEL. Feeling peace and joy I wanted to stay yet told to come back. Why? Never ask, follow through the journey. This is when I knew it was time to embrace my journey of becoming a the one to bring Light to Death. My passion is to Assist individuals and families through a very difficult time, giving a moment in time to breathe. Allowing My Light and Love Energy fills the space around me to connect to Souls in their Life and Death. ~Breathe, Trust & Embrace Kat Berard
