This winter in Newfoundland has felt long. Not just cold, but relentless.
Storm system after storm system. Heavy wet snow. Wind that rattles the windows. Brief breaks of sun that make you think maybe we’re turning a corner… and then another snowfall warning rolls in. Rescheduling. School closures. Icy roads. White-knuckle drives into town. Missed appointments that no one can control.
And while I completely understand that weather happens here, it does create disruption. It breaks rhythm. It adds stress to already full nervous systems.
That’s exactly why I created the Online Spinal Reset as a permanent offering.
No white-out driving.
No last-minute cancellations because the roads aren’t safe.
No worrying about making it down the highway in freezing rain.
You log in from the safety of your own home.
Warm. Grounded. Regulated.
You can be in your cozy clothes. Wrapped in a blanket. With a cup of tea nearby. Your nervous system already a little softer because you’re in a familiar space.
Especially in a winter like this one, consistency matters. When the external world feels unpredictable, having a steady place to land becomes even more important.
Online sessions remove the weather variable entirely. The work still meets you. The shifts still happen. The integration still builds.
And in a Newfoundland winter that just keeps stretching on… that kind of steadiness is just what the nervous system needs ✨️
