Who else brings their on the plane?! 😅 It’s an absolute must for me to have an antibacterial spray on me at all times during travel days. When I’m out in the germs, dry air and whatever else comes with travelling, my carry on doesn’t NOT have a full bottle ready to go.

Taking care of your skin doesn’t have to be in the expensive treatments. It can be the simple things you do like keeping your skin clean and fresh when you’re out in the elements.

This beautiful client originally came in hoping to add more volume—but as soon as I assessed, it was clear: the existing filler had built up in the central tubercles, leading to bumps, nodules, and migration above the lip.

Instead of layering more product over an unstable foundation, we paused. We discussed the risks, the options, and the best path forward… together.

We dissolved. We waited. And two weeks later, we rebuilt—with intention.

This beautiful client came to me looking for a lip enhancement. She previously had filler elsewhere where the focus was on the centre of her top lip, with the end goal to just volumize. This had thrown off the balance and symmetry of her lips, creating her top lip to sit over her bottom lip. It had been a couple years since she had filler, so during this appointment we went through her lip anatomy, assessed previously injected filler, risk of migration above the lip or in the wet border, lumps and bumps, ratios of the lower face including the distance between her top and bottom lip, her nose to top lip and bottom lip to chin. Including the distance her lips project outward.

This is to make an accurate assessment and decision if we have to dissolve the previously injected filler or if we can continue to ehance.

After a long consultation we decided to add a small amount to aid in symmetry, focus on crisping her borders, accenting her cupids bow shape, volumizing and adding height to the lateral aspect of her top lip. Volumizing her bottom lip to aid in symmetry and facial balancing. Here are her end results, she is so happy and just look at that Cupid’s bow 😍

For symmetry she may return in 4-6 weeks to add a small amount more to the bottom to continue to balance her features. But overall we achieved the perfect pout 💋

A little natural lip enhancement for this beautiful client plus a little touch up to her chin/ jawline with filler📐

There is so much on social media telling us “how we should look” “what we need” “that filler is unnatural” “if you get lip filler you’ll look like a duck” “people will notice”. It can be extremely overwhelming and fear inducing. Most people blame the product such as Botox or filler for poor, unnatural results when it comes to injectables. But would you blame the scalpel for someone’s poor results with facial surgery?

When placed correctly to areas of volume loss, identifying the areas where the aging process is happening. Such as areas of bone reabsorption and fat pad shift/ loss we can ehance our natural features and restore the youthful features to our face we once had. Ensuring natural, precise results, where no one will notice but you. This will give you that refreshed look you’ve been longing for, not changing how you look but enhancing your natural beauty.

Did you know lip filler can also be done to add hydration? Fill in those pesky lip lines? Help with symmetry? Add height? Crispen & ehance the borders? It’s more then just volumizing. There are different fillers for different areas of the place that are injected in different planes and tissue of the face. Filler does not have to be unnatural. Let’s stop blaming the product, and stop trusting everything we see on social media. This is an example of a client where we just refreshed her natural features to some areas we noticed volume loss, while hydrating her lips and crisping those borders to accent her beautiful shape.
