I know I’m not alone in this 😅
As someone in the aesthetics field, I see so many different concerns every day. But I also see patterns and common questions that tend to come up around the same time in people’s lives.
A lot of it starts to shift in your 30’s.
👉🏼 Makeup doesn’t sit the way it used to.
👉🏼 Skin can feel a little less predictable.
👉🏼 You might look more tired than you feel.
👉🏼 Lighting you never thought twice about suddenly feels less forgiving.
But it’s not because you’re doing anything “wrong”. ❌
Your skin is simply changing. Collagen production has started to slow, along with shifting hydration levels, and static lines that are starting to become a little more “permanent”.
For a lot of people, this is the point where skincare alone starts to feel like it’s falling short.
Luckily, we have so many options to work with and so many routes to take that it doesn’t have to feel like the end all be all for your skin health.
There isn’t one right way to navigate it, and it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. If anything, this stage is less about doing more and more about doing things with intention. 🙂↕️
