Strength & Mobility

⏰ Fridays 7 & 8 am

Strength + Mobility blends functional strength training with intentional mobility work to help you move better, feel stronger, and train in a way that supports long-term wellness.

This class begins with a guided warm-up and a focused mobility circuit designed to increase range of motion, improve joint stability, and prepare your body for strength work.

There’s a 200 hour yoga teacher training happening at Everlove starting in March 2026

This training is for the seekers.
The seekers of depth,
the seekers of knowledge and understanding,
the seekers of more,
the seekers of self.

We spend 4 weekends and 9 days together back to back diving into the experience and richness of yoga and it’s teachings.

You’ll leave this training being a Yoga Alliance Certified yoga instructor.

No pre-requisites required other than a curious heart.
