Here is an introduction to ASK’s expansion!

A Safe Keeping is committed to fostering social and economic stability. By integrating housing, education, employment, and healthcare—including comprehensive medical benefits—into a structured development model, the business aims to create long-term solutions for individuals facing financial and social barriers.

Mission & Focus

A Safe Keeping bridges the gaps between affordable housing, career advancement, and healthcare access by developing sustainable programs that transition participants into financial independence and long-term stability. Through innovative funding models, strategic partnerships, and structured support systems, the organization reduces reliance on public assistance programs while strengthening local economies.

Core Programs & Services

A Safe Keeping designs and implements initiatives that provide:
• Social & Economic Development Programs – Financial support, career pathways, and structured transition models for self-sufficiency.
• Healthcare & Medical Benefits – Access to comprehensive healthcare, including physical, mental, and dental health services integrated into the program.
• Housing Solutions – Transitional and permanent housing models, including rent-to-own container homes to provide affordable, sustainable living.
• Workforce & Education Development – Training, certification programs, and job placements through local partnerships.

Flagship Initiative:

Transitional Community Growth Initiative (TCGI)

Overview

The Transitional Community Growth Initiative (TCGI) is A Safe Keeping’s pilot program, launching in September 2025, designed to provide a structured pathway from financial instability to homeownership, career stability, and long-term economic independence.

Key Features of TCGI:
• Participants receive a $60,000 annual stipend covering:
• Comprehensive medical benefits, including physical, mental, and dental health coverage.
• Career development and employment placement.
• Housing assistance.
• Education and training program costs.
• Rent-to-Own Container Homes – Participants contribute to offsetting infrastructure costs while securing future homeownership.
• Career Training & Education Partnerships – Participants select programs aligned with A Safe Keeping’s service areas and receive job placement upon completion.
• Full Integration of Healthcare & Support Services – Ensuring mental and physical well-being throughout the transition process.
• Pilot Timeline: July 2025 – March 2026 (9 months).
• Long-Term Vision: Scaling to a sustainable, replicable model providing housing security and economic growth opportunities for more individuals.

Investment & ROI Breakdown

Total Initial Investment: $3.75 Million

Allocation of Funds:
• Participant Stipends (4 Participants @ $60,000/year) → $240,000
• Covers comprehensive medical benefits (physical, mental, and dental health), career development, housing assistance, and education program costs.
• Container Home Development (4 Rent-to-Own Units, including infrastructure costs) → $800,000
• Operational Costs (Staffing, Logistics, Insurance, Technology, etc.) → $1,000,000
• Contingency & Reserve Fund → $210,000
• Scaling & Expansion Fund for Long-Term Growth → $1.5 Million

Projected ROI & Long-Term Benefits

The TCGI model generates both social and financial returns, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that transitions participants into homeownership and stable employment.

Short-Term Returns (Pilot Phase – 9 Months)
• Asset Creation: The rent-to-own container homes provide tangible real estate assets, ensuring long-term value retention.
• Workforce Development: Participants complete job training and education, leading to secured employment and a decreased reliance on public assistance.
• Public Cost Savings: Estimated $30,000 per participant savings by reducing government-funded support services.
• Investor Incentives: Potential eligibility for tax credits, municipal grants, and philanthropic funding matches.

Long-Term ROI (5-Year Projection)
• Container Home Resale or Expansion Potential – The modular housing model allows for asset appreciation and potential resale value.
• Workforce Integration & Economic Development – Participants secure long-term employment, strengthening the local workforce.
• Reduction in Public Expenditure on Social Services – Estimated $1.5M+ savings in public funds over five years due to decreased reliance on emergency housing, healthcare, and welfare programs.
• Scalability & Replication – The program is structured for expansion, attracting further municipal and private investment.
• Potential for Investor Dividends – Future return-sharing models could include revenue from rent-to-own contributions and philanthropic funding streams.

Conclusion

The $3.75M investment in TCGI is a strategic and cost-efficient approach to community and economic development, combining housing, healthcare, and employment solutions into a single, scalable program.

By funding a fully integrated lifestyle solution, the program ensures that participants gain long-term financial stability, ultimately reducing public spending while creating sustainable economic opportunities.

A Safe Keeping’s innovative approach to housing, education, and comprehensive healthcare support makes TCGI a strong investment for private investors, philanthropic organizations, and government partners—with both financial returns and social impact at the core of its mission.

Have you ever been so frustrated because you know what steps you need to take to make positive changes, but you can’t find the resources to achieve them?

I know I have, and it took me a lot of emotional processing to accept that some just aren’t available.

This motivated me to really listen to peoples needs and take the time to develop services that can offer such supports even as a stepping stone to others.

Just know that you aren’t alone and that in time, we will see those positive changes!

Hello Kamloops!

Let’s talk projects…

In efforts to provide further incentives into employment within healthcare, ASK would like to introduce project Trades for A Safe Keeping. This project is a challenge for myself and Kamloops to see if we can together turn a gentle persuasive approach, into a transitional assistance program that aids in building healthy social and economic development within the community.

This transitional assistance program once implemented will offer paid education and training services, amongst others incentives into various healthcare fields that will help individuals in obtaining and maintaining healthy and prosperous lifestyles for themselves, and others!

If you want to know more about the project or are interested in donating to its cause, please checkout our other socials!

Hello Kamloops!

As mentioned in my previous posts, I am on a venture into the expansion of mental health care services here in Kamloops and we’d like to get the ball rolling in the right direction.

I had the privilege of starting my work experience many moons ago in customer care and have spent decades gaining some pretty impressive problem solving skills, amongst others, so why not use them in a more productive way?

With that being said, ASK would like to introduce a new service for networking called Tea with Me.

Conflict resolution coaching will be offered by myself at a starting rate of $2/30 mins (We will need tea for this talk) maximum rate for service can be determined by the client and all proceeds go towards project Trades for ASK.

Need to work on mental wellness? Dealing with life’s curve balls and want to make a plan to beat ‘em?

I can help you with that, and now you know where to find me to make your first move 😊

Hello to our newest followers and those viewing the page!

A lot of changes are taking place and new services are in the process of implementation at ASK.

While I venture us into Mental Health Care services, we’ll be introducing some new members to the team that will be taking over the Care Aid side of things and introducing our new Long Term Home Care Plan!

I’m so excited for the things to come and can’t wait to learn more about this tremendous community in the process. Please bare with me as we ease into the swing of things and look for updates as they come.

Inquires are always welcome and free consultations are available upon request.
