After 3.5 fulfilling years at Origin Integrated Health, I’ll be wrapping up my time there at the end of September — my last day at Origin will be September 26, 2025.⠀

I’m excited to share that starting October 1st, I’ll be seeing patients at .body in Cumberland! 🌿 This move brings me to my hometown, and I’m so looking forward to continuing to support women’s health in this beautiful community.⠀

Konenki 🌱

The Japanese word for menopause is Konenki which means “renewal and energy”. And only about 25% of Japanese women experience hot flashes compared to about 75% of North American women!

It seems having a positive outlook on menopause can make a physical difference in symptoms as this is seen across other cultures that see menopause as a beginning rather than an end 🌱

Let’s understand this hormonal transition and create a community around it! Most women spend 40% of their lives in menopause so let’s make these years some of our best 💚
