Lately, I’ve been riding the wild waves of transformation, and let me tell you, it’s been one heck of a journey. 🌊✨ Some days, I’m soaring high on all the beautiful changes, and other days—let’s be real—life kicks me square in the face. 😅 But you know what? Every up and down is shaping me into the powerhouse of a woman I’m destined to be. ✨

✨CHIRON RETROGRADE✨

In Greek Myth, Chiron is a wise half-man, half-horse, and King of the Centaurs. He was accidentally wounded in the leg by a poison arrow and because he was immortal could not die. Which placed him in a permanent state of agony and he suffered greatly. Because of his own pain he taught those who would listen everything that he could to alleviate pain and suffering in the world. This is why Chiron has always been known as the ‘Wounded Healer’. He teaches us how to heal our wounds and trauma.

When Chiron goes retrograde, it invites us to turn inward and reflect on our childhood wounds, traumas, and pain. Past unresolved issues could arise during this time and we are encouraged to confront them and to learn. This period is an opportunity for deep healing and personal growth. We are encouraged to acknowledge our wounds, understand their origins, and work towards releasing and transforming them.

Chiron retrograde is a powerful time for inner work, self-compassion, and embracing our vulnerabilities as pathways to greater strength and wisdom - turning our pain into purpose.

Chiron will be in Aries during this transit. Providing us with the courage and bravery to confront what we need to.

This magnificent tiger 🐅 was restlessly pacing in his enclosure, a heart wrenching reflection of his anxiety. Upon tuning into the theta brain wave and projecting a sense of calm, I witnessed a remarkable & immediate shift: the tiger settled down, finding a moment of peace lying down. It's a striking reminder that, like us, even these powerful creatures can be consumed by their thoughts, especially in less-than-ideal conditions like a zoo. I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to bring a bit of tranquility to these majestic beings and for the ongoing efforts to safeguard and enhance the well-being of tiger populations. One small step in the right direction today, and many more to come. ❤️
