Hello!
The Comox Valley Sewer Conveyance Project is quickly heading towards our block of Beaufort Avenue. As a result, you may experience delays in accessing Beaufort Avenue and/or the Arbutus Massage Therapy parking lot.
Effective immediately, for approximately six months, construction of the new sewer forcemain may have sections of Beaufort Avenue closed between Nordin Street and Church Street Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 8:00pm.
What this means for you!
RESTRICTED DRIVEWAY ACCESS: Access to our driveway may look different during this time. You may only be able to approach from one direction and there may be times when accessing the driveway to Arbutus Massage Therapy will not be possible. The construction team will communicate with properties directly nearing the time of construction to inform them of when/if driveways will not be accessible.
We will do our very best to ensure this information is relayed
to you in a timely manner!
Please anticipate delays entering and leaving the work zone!
Allow yourself plenty of extra time to arrive to your appointment on time.
NO QUICK ACCESS: It is recommended that you park outside the construction zone if you require immediate ability to leave in your vehicle.
PEDESTRIANS: Pedestrian access is guaranteed.
